Andrew Willims
Andrew is an practiced Director with over 15 years’ experience in finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, program leadership / PMO and operational / financial review and business improvement including transformation projects.
He has managed mergers and acquisitions and integration projects across multiple industry sectors achieving substantial transactional cost savings and has also been integral in managing the delivery of a global integration project, leading and developing distinct deliverables including the design and adoption of PMO toolsets and frameworks.
Other notable achievements include the design and implementation of business improvement and cost savings programs, benefits management and hands-on coaching of client stakeholders across companies in the energy and resources, utilities, waste management and automotive industries. He has assisted clients through the implementation and delivery of business improvement initiatives with benefits exceeding the value of $40 million. His experience also includes the management of strategic business planning, market entry and organisational strategy engagements within industry and public sector environments.
Andrew demonstrates a high level of problem solving, a strong motivation to excel and natural leadership. He is a people focused leader with a natural ability to motivate individuals by the means of promoting a caring and nurturing cultural environment. Andrew can be described as direct, decisive, independent, intellectually creative, focused, and analytical. He is also methodical, realistic, caring, loyal, calm and composed under pressure.
Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Economics (Commerce), Masters of Professional Accounting (Commerce), CMA and CPA accreditation, Professional Mediation Program, Nationally Accredited Mediator, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained and a Project Management Institute member.
Ester Willims
Ester is an accomplished, commercially focused Director with over 15 years’ experience in program delivery, regulation, financing, strategy and operations in both public and private healthcare. Recognised by colleagues as a resolute change agent who finds answers and creates solutions collaboratively. She is known for mentoring and nurturing individuals and teams, optimising and improving performance in every environment that she works.
Ester has a diverse background, from experience as a physiotherapist on the healthcare coal face, to strategic management and regulation from current policy and economics work. Her clinical understanding combined with advanced change, engagement and communication skills results in her respected ability to communicate at all levels of organisations. As a passionate leader and influencer, she is resolutely determined to maximise value, and promote informed decision-making to benefit both organisations and the communities that they serve.
Ester is a Churchill Fellow, a member of Hummingbird House COAG, an admitted member of the Australian College of Health Service Management and the International Health Economics Association. She is also an associate lecturer at the University of Queensland. Her academic record includes a BSc(HONS)Physiotherapy from the University of Manchester and an MSc Health Economics Policy and Management from the London School of Economics. Ester is also trained in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), Total Quality Management and has professional Prince2 project management qualifications. She participates as a reviewer for the International Journal of Health Policy and a member of the health services research group Tri-CSI, contributing economic expertise to innovative health services research for the state wide Digital Hospital program. Esters personal areas of research interest include behavioural economics, regulatory economics, subjective wellbeing and value based purchasing.
